Who We Are

A Diverse Team with a Shared Purpose

Founded by a group of dedicated volunteers from various professional and cultural backgrounds, Foundation Nikiresan was established to strengthen the social fabric of our community. We believe that by creating inclusive spaces for cultural exchange, social support, and education, we can enhance the well-being of individuals and families alike.

We organize various gatherings throughout the year that highlight the richness of different heritages—from Iranian to Arabic and beyond. By sharing music, art, and customs in a welcoming environment, we help participants stay connected to their cultural roots while fostering cross-cultural friendships.

Empowering Through Learning

Language & Creative Workshops

Our foundation supports the educational needs of families, students, and children by hosting workshops and classes. These include language practice sessions—where children of migrant families can maintain their mother tongue—as well as singing and painting activities. These programs nurture creativity, bolster confidence, and contribute to emotional and mental well-being.

Inclusive Events for Families & Individuals

One of our core objectives is to bring people together in meaningful ways. Through regular community meetups, picnics, and interactive sessions, we create safe spaces for participants to connect, share experiences, and develop lasting friendships. During challenging periods, such as the global pandemic, we worked to alleviate isolation by ramping up virtual and small-group gatherings to keep everyone engaged and supported.
